If the workshop is cancelled students will be given the choice of either enrolling in another workshop at our Langley WA location at a 10% discount, or having their payment refunded.

Please read our Terms and Conditions, which includes payment terms, refunds and cancellations. Given the logistics that are involved in an overseas workshop there is an exception to the standard terms and conditions which is that for this workshop full payment must be received by June 1 and no refunds will be given if student cancels after June 1.

Students have two choices:  they can bring their own materials or purchase a package of everything that is on the materials list.  The package will be ready for you the day before the workshop.  The price will be determined later but if interested in this option please contact us at info@whidbeyislandfas.com

The closest accommodation is the Gouden Karper Inn in Hummelo (www.degoudenkarperhummelo.nl) which is just minutes from the Castle. If you don’t have a car we will pick you up and take you back, every day. If the Gouden Karper which is comfortable but not luxurious doesn’t fit your needs, you might find other places to stay in the area (including Airbnb) but it that case having your own car is a must.  Contact the Gouden Karper at welkom@degoudenkarperhummelo.nl.
