In the Cinema: Loving Vincent

A new film based on the life (and death) of Vincent van Gogh titled, Loving Vincent, opens today in select theaters across the country.  And if you are an oil painter – whether or not you are a fan of van Gogh – there is something here for you to really like.  Each of the 65,000 frames of this 94 minute movie has been painted by hand, making Loving Vincent the first fully-animated, oil-painted feature film.
